I adapt my approach to suit the needs of each client—whether that’s an individual, a professional, or a system of care.
My approach is:
- Collaborative and person-centered
- Informed by trauma-sensitive and neurodiversity-affirming principles
- Flexible and tailored to real-world complexity
- Grounded in empathy, integrity, and clinical insight
Qualifications and Experience:
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy), University of Hertfordshire
- Further training in CBT approaches, Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Depression in Adolescents
and Models of Supervision.
